Meet Ahmad T. Sulaiman

Ahmad T. Sulaiman is the Managing Partner of Atlas Law Center, a civil rights litigation firm devoted to defending the rights and dignity of individuals who have historically had the least access to justice. Under his leadership, Atlas has become one of the nation’s most prolific plaintiff-side firms, with a litigation portfolio spanning consumer protection, employment discrimination, and personal injury. His strategic vision centers on combining legal excellence with client-centered care delivering outcomes that restore not only rights, but trust.

Sulaiman leads Atlas Injury Law, the personal injury division of Atlas Law Center. There, his team applies Atlas’s signature client-first, systems-driven approach to cases involving catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, and negligence. Every matter is supported by litigation-ready infrastructure, ensuring fast, high-value outcomes delivered with empathy and precision.

As Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer, Sulaiman leads the development of Atlas’s proprietary AI infrastructure transforming traditional litigation into a real-time, high-trust system where client stories are converted into legal action with precision, speed, and empathy. He has overseen the design and deployment of AI-powered systems that draft jurisdiction-specific legal documents during intake, eliminate bottlenecks, and enhance access for thousands of individuals seeking redress.

Sulaiman was selected for the inaugural Chief Artificial Intelligence Officer cohort at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a program designed to equip leaders with frameworks to responsibly deploy AI across industries. There, he worked alongside global executives and technologists to define the ethical governance of AI in law, and to develop actionable, human-centered AI strategies that expand access to justice, particularly for those traditionally left behind by the legal system.

He has also completed two advanced executive education programs at Harvard Law School: Leadership in Law Firms, focused on strategic planning, organizational alignment, and leading complex legal institutions; and
The Future of Legal, a global summit examining digital transformation, generational change, and AI integration in the legal profession—with an emphasis on building resilient, equitable organizations.

Across every division, Sulaiman’s leadership reflects Atlas’s core values: dedication to justice, compassion in service, excellence in execution, and relentless innovation on behalf of the vulnerable.

Attorney Ahmad T. Sulaiman is the heart and driving force behind Atlas Law Center. With over two decades of legal experience, Ahmad has built a career focused entirely on civil litigation, especially in areas that protect consumers from abuse, harassment, and negligence.

His practice covers:

Ahmad is known for being results-driven and relentless when it comes to protecting clients. His deep knowledge of advanced federal litigation strategies, especially in areas like RESPA and the Truth in Lending Act, has helped clients across the country take on major corporations and win.

Over the years, he’s been consistently recognized by Super Lawyers (including Rising Stars and Leading Lawyer honors), and his passion for justice shows in every case he handles.

Before founding Atlas, Ahmad worked with U.S. Senator Dick Durbin and served as Chief Education Officer at United Realty Academy. He holds both his J.D. and B.A. from Loyola University Chicago, where he graduated magna cum laude.

To this day, Ahmad continues to raise the standard, not just for this team, but for the entire legal profession.
